Highly recommend the Garmin 550C fish finder for virtually every and all fisherman. Most of us live in the San Juan Islands regarding Washington State and have numerous irregular bottom areas for fishing. This fish viewfinder works in all these areas and has good feature aspects that really reflect the fish and their precise location. Recently i had a situation the spot that the fish symbol appered on the finder showing the interesting depth which is where our spoon was at and "off" goes the rod and reel with a nice ix pound Chinook salmon from the net.
